Brittney Kleinfelter is a neuropsychology trainee dedicated to advancing culturally responsive assessment practices. She specializes in neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic evaluation, ensuring that assessments are equitable, meaningful, and reflective of individuals’ diverse backgrounds and experiences. Brittney is actively pursuing certification through WPATH.

At The Mindfulness and Change Group, Brittney conducts neuropsychological assessments under the supervision of Dr. Alexander Solodyna. Her clinical work and research are deeply interconnected, with a focus on the role of cultural and linguistic factors in cognitive assessment, the efficacy of EEG neurofeedback training (EEG-NFT) in diverse populations, and the development of more inclusive neuropsychological norms. She is committed to refining assessment tools and practices to improve both accessibility and accuracy for individuals from all backgrounds.

Brittney is currently a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology at Antioch University New England, where she has completed multiple neuropsychology practicum placements across community health and hospital settings. Her work spans pediatric and lifespan neuropsychology, with particular attention to the systemic barriers that impact assessment outcomes and the integration of emerging neurotechnologies into clinical practice.
